IndyPress Deputy Editor-in-Chief Wins UCJ 2025 J6 Best Female Campus Journalist Award

Ayeye Tolulope, the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of IndyPress Organization, has been announced as the winner of the J6 Award for Best Female Campus Journalist.

The announcement was made during the UCJ Dinner Night ceremony, held at Sultan Bello Dome.

Tolulope is a 400-level Law student. She is currently the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of IndyPress and the only female member of the organization.

“I am very excited to have won the J6 awards. The J6 award is one that encourages female campus journalists, and undoubtedly seeing the list of female campus journalists we have in UCJ, it is effective. Getting nominated among many and then winning, it is truly a great a honour,” Tolulope Ayeye said.
