The Students’ Representative Council, University of Ibadan, on Friday, April 5, 2025, resolved that the Council of Hall Chairpersons and Faculty Presidents should distribute a Google Form to gather students’ opinions on the proposed increment in basic dues, IndyPress reports.

The 12th Assembly made this resolution during its first emergency sitting, held virtually on Google Meet.

The resolution followed deliberations by the 12th Assembly emphasizing the need to carry students along in decisions made on their behalf by the Council.

The Assembly also resolved that the Hall Chairpersons and Faculty Presidents should conduct the survey before the second emergency sitting, scheduled for Monday, April 7, 2025.
