Some students of the University of Ibadan have gathered at the SRC Chamber subsequent to an emergency sitting convened by the Students’ Representative Council, University of Ibadan, IndyPress reports.

While the emergency sitting is yet to commence as scheduled, several students have been making their way to the SRC Chamber.

The emergency sitting, according to the 12th Assembly, is intended to address controversies regarding the suspended Congress by the Students’ Union Executive Committee.
