The University of Ibadan Students’ Representative Council has postponed its earlier announced emergency sitting, scheduled for Thursday, July 24, 2025, IndyPress can report.

The emergency sitting, according to the Clerk of the 12th Assembly, Adedejii Praise, was postponed due to a failure to meet required quorum.

The postponed meeting was intended to address the state of the University of Ibadan Students’ Union.

“The meeting was postponed because we could not form a quorum,” Adedeji Praise said.

No new date has been officially communicated.
