The University of Ibadan has  commenced its 2025 recruitment process for academic and non-academic staff positions on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, IndyPress reports.

According to a memorandum tagged “2025 Vacancies: Internal and External Advertisement,” and signed by G.O Saliu, the University’s Registrar, interested and  qualified candidates have been required to apply for the vacant roles contained in the release via the  University’s recruitment portal.

“Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and expected to submit 10 copies of their applications, CVs, and credentials. Applicants are to visit https://vacancies.ui.edu.ng for other requirements and online applications. The recruitment portal will open on Thursday, October 23, and close on Friday, November 21, 2025,” the memorandum reads.

IndyPress observed that some vacant academic and non-academic staff positions for which the University is calling on interested  candidates to apply include those of  Administrative Officer, Veterinary Registrar, Radiographer,  Assistant Lecturer,  Professor, among others.

The requirements for each vacant position, as observed by IndyPress, were also stipulated in the release.
