The Great Independence Hall of Residence 2025/2026 general election has commenced, IndyPress reports.
As observed by IndyPress, the election which was scheduled to be held on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at the hall’s Junior Common Room(JCR), started around 9 AM.
The voters are getting their login codes after verification of their identities through the Hall Book or their School ID cards.
After getting the codes, they proceed to casting their votes on their mobile phones or at the polling centre, IndyPress Observes.
Earlier today, the comission disclosed the schedule of the Election alongside a graphical image on How to Vote.
