​The University of Ibadan’s Examinations, Records and Administrative Data Processing Division (Examination Unit) has released instructions for passport photograph uploads for final-year students of the 2024/2025 academic session.

​This was disclosed in an internal memorandum signed by the Examination Officer, Halimah O. Adeoye, on Monday, January 5, 2026.

​According to the memo, finalists are required to upload a recent photograph in JPG format to the designated portal.

“As part of the finalist documentation process, each Final Year Student of the 2024/2025 Academic Session is required to upload a recent passport photograph in JPG format on the finalist portal,” the memo stated.

​The memorandum further instructs the final year students to provide the appropiate photo for the upload exercise while checking their portal for prompt compliance.

“​The photograph must be strictly passport-sized; The image must be clear.”

​”All concerned students are, therefore, advised to check their finalist portal for instruction and ensure prompt compliance to enable us to complete necessary documentation,” it added.

It also urged final year students to verify the correctness of their details on the portal and contact the Information Technology and Media Services (ITEMS) unit if any issues arise.
