The University of Ibadan Health Service, popularly known as Jaja Clinic, has commenced the medical screening exercise for the 2025/2026 session, IndyPress reports.
The screening exercise which began on Monday, March 2, 2026, is scheduled to take place between 8 AM and 2 PM at the UHS premises from Monday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays.
According to the notice from Jaja Clinic, students are to print out the medical form provided on the portal and fill out Part 1 of the form.
Concerned students are also instructed to visit either a government-owned facility or designated X-ray centres for a chest X-ray, the cost of which must be borne by the student.

The notice also added that a sum of Three thousand, Five Hundred Naira (N3,500) is to be paid either at the UNIBADAN Microfinance Bank or through the website www.unibadanmfb.org into their student (undergraduate or postgraduate) medical vote to obtain a teller/receipt.
In addition, students are to proceed to the University Health Service for their medical examination to finalize their registration, bringing the teller/receipt, the school receipt, a passport photograph, and the medical form.
Upon completion, students will obtain a student card and ID number, which will subsequently be used to access medical care at the Clinic.
The UHS further cautioned that failure to complete the medical screening within the specified period will result in a late registration fee while also noting financial penalties for failure to comply.
“Please note that failure to complete the exercise within the stipulated period will attract a late registration fee, and unregistered students will be financially responsible for their medical care at the UHS,” it added.
