A fallen tree on Tech Road, University of Ibadan, which posed danger, as earlier reported, has been cleared, IndyPress reports.

The tree, which hitherto occupied a large part of the road, was cleared on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.

A passerby told IndyPress that personnel arrived in the morning, subsequent to the publication, to remove the tree from the road segment.

The Faculty of Technology road connects the UI Zoo to Obafemi Awolowo Hall of Residence, among other areas within the University community.
