Students’ Union President, Aweda Bolaji, stated on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, that students would return to protest if power to Alexander Brown and Falase Halls of Residence isn’t restored within two days, as promised by Solomon Adediran, Head of Federal Ministry of Housing, Oyo State.

Aweda said the students are giving the Federal Secretariat the benefit of doubt regarding its promise.

“If electricity isn’t restored to ABH, we are coming back on Monday,” Aweda Bolaji said.
