The management of the University of Ibadan has refuted the cut-off marks currently circulating online for  its 2025/2026 admission exercise, IndyPress reports.

In an official statement signed by the university’s Registrar, Ganiyu O. Saliu on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, the University management clarified that the processes required to determine the official cut-off marks are still ongoing.

The management further advised candidates, parents, and guardians to disregard the circulating fake cut-off points.

The authentic cut-off marks, according to the management, will be released on the University’s website in due course.
