13 students of the University of Ibadan have been admitted into the SIGMA Club  UI roll of honour, IndyPress reports.

A recruitment process conducted by SIGMA on Saturday, September 13, 2025, saw the admission of the students into the club’s roll of honour.

In an interview with IndyPress, Loyalist Sulaimon Oluwasegun Philipson explained that of many student applicants who applied to join the club, only 13 students were admitted by the SIGMA Chief.

He said, “The Sigma admission Interview is the recruitment process of the club where male undergraduate students of the University of Ibadan can apply, excluding penultimate & final -year students. This year’s was no different, it was held on the 13th of September, 2025 at Tedder Hall and out of many that applied, only 13 applicants were admitted by the SIGMA Chief.”
