Olaniyan Ibrahim, fondly referred to as Bam Connect, has on Friday, 26th of April, 2024, emerged winner into the elective position of Administrator General of the Great Independence Hall of Residence, University of Ibadan.

The election, which commenced by 9am was held at the hall’s Cafeteria, having in total six hundred and thirty seven accredited voters.

Subsequent to the closure of the voting exercise which concluded at about 5pm, the electoral Chairman, Samuel Ogunmefun announced the results of the election before the candidates’ agents, the pressmen and the electorates as follows;

Adeniji Fifehanmi – 153 votes

Olaoye David – 354 votes

Public Relations Officer
