The Journey to Beauty Foundation was founded by Dr. Oyedare, herself an epilepsy warrior, to raise awareness and provide education about the challenges faced by those living with epilepsy.

Commenting, Dr. Oyewumi said, “this year, we are bringing it back again to educate more people about epilepsy; the first aid, what to do when they see someone having a seizure in the society.”

The event also featured a question and answer session, allowing the audience to engage and ask questions.
