The students of University of Ibadan have taken out the campus street to protest, demanding adequate funding of public education.

Demanding total reversal of fees, the students complained that the fee Increment has resulted in students selling their body for money and attempting the commit suicide.

The students also explained the reason the chose the university was because they could afford the initial fees.

The students also complained about the fact that the fee hike development has turned them to beggars.

“ We want total reversal of fee Increment and adequate funding of education,” the students maintained.

“Until we government heeds to our demands, we will insist,” the students added
