On Tuesday, 7th November, 2023, the College of Medicine Provost, Prof Olayinka Omigbodun, declared Wednesday, 8th November – Friday, 10th November, 2023 as lecture free days for students in the college to commemorate the celebration of the homecoming events of the Ibadan College of Medicine Alumni Association (ICOMAA).

This was related via a statement by the Deputy Registrar and Secretary to the College.

The Deputy Registrar & Secretary to the College, Mr. Odedele echoed that the celebration would offer students the opportunity to showcase their talents, engage in academic discussions and access first-hand information about the Alumni Association at an early stage in their career.

“Students are therefore enjoined to attend the programs organised to mark the celebration,” he said.
