The University of Ibadan Centre for General Studies (CGS) has extended the deadline for correcting wrongly registered GES course codes on the student portal from Friday, January 9 to Monday, January 12, 2026, as earlier announced.
The extension was disclosed through a broadcast signed by the Deputy Registrar, CGS, Oluwatoyin O. Dibosa.
“This is further to the earlier memo by the Director, CGS,” the broadcast stated.
It added: “Notice is hereby given to students who registered for the wrong GES courses that the students’ portal will be opened throughout the weekend until 4:00 p.m. on Monday, January 12, 2026, for them to correct the GES courses.”
Affected students are advised to log in to their student portal and make the necessary corrections within the stipulated timeframe.
