The University of Ibadan Students’ Union Public Relations Officer, Michael Ajibola on Saturday, 03 June 2023 tendered a formal resignation letter to the President of the Students’ Union.

In a copy of the letter made available to IndyPress, Olalekan Michael Ajibola appreciated members of the Students’ Union Executive Council for the support and significant lessons he had garnered from his contribution to the Students’ Union.

“I am writing to formally resign from the position as the Students’ Union Public Relations Officer, effective, June 3rd, 2023” the statement read.

Stating the reason for his resignation, Ajibola Michael noted that his decision was hinged on his intention to contest in the forthcoming Students’ Union election.
