The students of the University of Ibadan on Friday, 20th of September, 2024 have begun demonstration against fee Increment.

Raising various placards at UI main gate,the students are gyrating, demanding adequate funding of education by the Federal Government.

As at the time of this report, more students are joining the protest to contribute to the struggle.

Speaking at the protest, Ayodele Aduwo urged students and parents to participate in the protest to secure the  future of public education in Nigeria.

“If you are students of UI, parents and lovers of this country, please join this protest. We need to protect our country,” Ayodele said.
