The Kegites Club of Nigeria, National Headquarters, University of Ibadan is set to hold its Initiation Ceremony for New Members.
The Initiation Ceremony is scheduled to be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at the National Shrine, Opposite Nnamdi Azikiwe Hall by 11 AM.
Speaking with IndyPress, the Ab National of Kegites Club, University of Ibadan, Chief Abiodun Tobi Samuel describes the Initiation Ceremony as a remarkable event for new members.
“The initiation ceremony marks an important transition into the Kegites Club, symbolizing unity, cultural heritage, discipline, brotherhood, and commitment to the values of the club,” he said.
“It is a significant cultural ceremony where new members are formally welcomed and connected to the rich traditions and heritage of the Kegites fraternity.”
He also extended the invitation for the ceremony to the student community.
“All University of Ibadan students are warmly invited to witness this remarkable cultural experience and celebrate with us,” he added.
