Over the past two months, IndyPress has been looking into concerns raised by students about the University of Ibadan Health Service popularly known as Jaja Clinic.
Through a special report, we examined students’ experiences with the health facility, the concerns and complaints that have emerged over time, and the realities surrounding the services provided at Jaja.
As part of our inquiry, IndyPress sought responses from the University’s SERVICOM focal person and the Director of Jaja, while also speaking with students and examining some of the longstanding perceptions surrounding the clinic.
What did we find? What do students have to say about their experiences? Assumption made by students over the years? And what does the management of Jaja have to say about the concerns raised?
