Campus Journalism Awards was initiated in 2018 by a media outfit, Youths Digest to recognize, yearly, outstanding campus journalists who have made exemplary contributions to the development of the practice in Nigeria.

This year paid off, and I owe it to Almighty God and the people who always push me to the best of my abilities” he said.

Mr. Adebayo’s awards in recent times include Alfred Opubor Prize for Fact-checking and 1st Runner-up Alfred Opubor Prize for Conflict Reporting. He was also part of the three-man team that won the LASUSU Intervarsity debate earlier this week.
