Residents of Independence Hall, University of Ibadan on Thursday, November 24th, 2022 have been advised by Indy Hall Executives to be vigilant and security conscious at all times within the hall.

This warning, among other highlights, was made by the Administrator-General, Mr. Adejumo Uthman at the first congress of the hall, held at the Hall’s Quadrangle, following concerns on safety within the University as a whole.

Also, residents were cautioned against abusing toilet facilities, and washing in prohibited spaces in the Hall, as defaulters are set to be punished henceforth, with a fine of #3,000.
