The University of Ibadan Students’ Union on Thursday, 21st of November, 2024, has announced a date and time of a meeting convened to address issue of unregulated prices on campus.

In a release co-signed by the Students’ General Secretary, Ogundijo Dolapo Japheth and the House Secretary, Elemide Daniel, the meeting will hold on Saturday, 24th of November, 2024 at the SRC Chamber.

Expected attendees at the meeting include Hall Chairpersons, Faculty Presidents, the Press, the Principal officers of the House, Students’ Union Executives, among others.

“This is to inform you that a meeting has been scheduled to discuss price regulation on campus and other business,” the memo reads.

Recall that IndyPress had earlier reported the intent of the House Secretary, Elemide Daniel to convene a meeting in a bid to address unregulated prices on campus.
