The management of the Great Independence Hall of Residence was announced the commencement of checking out of the room, an exercise conducted toward the end of the session.
This was disclosed in a notice, pasted on the notice boards across the hall blocks on Friday, November 6, 2026.
According to the notice, checking out the room for student residents is scheduled to commence on Monday, November 9, 2026.
Residents are advised to pack their luggage before checking out.

“Ensure you have packed your load before checking out,” the notice added.
As at the moment of this filling, the checking out deadline hasn’t been announced.
