When asked about the grand prize for the SEALS Cup 2025 tournament, Daniel Olowu, the Chairman of the SEALS Cup tournament noted, “We are planning to go beyond the usual ₦100,000, looking for sponsors and so on to go beyond that. But details on the prize will be released later. Just know that we cannot go less than the ₦100,000 prize tag.”
By extension, Sarah has represented the University in various competitions, including the 2022 NUGA Games, held in Lagos State. Despite her achievements, Sarah was humble enough to admit that a tree cannot make a forest by attributing her success to her colleagues.
It was clarified at the press briefing that only the health committee from each hall of residence will be responsible for providing medical aid during the tournament, as the Students’ Union will not make provisions for health facilities
