The 15th assembly of the Great Independence Hall of Residence is set to hold an emergency sitting, IndyPress reports.
This was disclosed in a memorandum co-signed by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Abdulmatin Gbadegesin, and the Clerk, Hon. Ibrahim Bello on Sunday, August 23, 2026.
According to the release, the siting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at the Independence Hall Junior Common Room (JCR) by 7PM.
Agenda for the sitting includes matters arising, consideration of bill, constitution of committee, and any other business.
