The interfaculty second round of the JAW WAR 2026 competition concluded with the Faculties of Technology, Law, Agriculture, Education, and Arts emerging victorious in their respective fixtures.
The second round of the interfaculty category took place on Wednesday September 9,2026 at the New Faculty Lecture Theatre, Faculty of Science UI.
In the first fixture, Economics scored 72.9%, while Technology recorded 76.2% to emerge the winner.
Basic Medical Sciences scored 64.05% against the Faculty of Law’s 80.65%, giving Law a decisive victory.
Agriculture also triumphed over Pharmacy, scoring 76.8% against Pharmacy’s 73.65%.
The Faculty of Education secured victory over Social Sciences with 76.6%, while Social Sciences recorded 73.25%.
In the final fixture, the Faculty of Arts defeated Clinical Sciences with 74.2% against 71.05%.
Arowolo-Are Khalid, the second speaker from the Faculty of Law, was named Best Speaker of the round following her performance at the night’s event while the Faculty of Pharmacy was named the Best Loser.
