A bilateral meeting between the University of Ibadan Students’ Union Executive Committee and some members of the Students’ Representative Council is currently being held, IndyPress reports.
The meeting, according to the letter of invitation obtained by IndyPress, was convened to discuss the latest updates and outcomes related to the unilateral postponement of Congress by the Executive Committee.
The letter, which was addressed to the Speaker, noted that the meeting would commence at 5 PM in the SRC Chamber.
“This crucial meeting will take place today, May 16, 2025, at 5 PM in the SRC Chamber. We kindly request that you attend this important meeting with the SRC Principal Members and Majority Leaders of each hall of residence,” the letter reads.
